Our Solutions
Canadian Containment Systems for Compromised EVs
EV Fire Company is developing purpose-built containment systems for the safe handling, transport, and environmental isolation of compromised EVs and lithium-ion battery incidents.
These systems are engineered in response to Canadian operational realities including winter conditions, interagency response, extended monitoring periods, and environmental liability.
They are not commodity trailers or imported enclosures. They are containment platforms designed for risk.

EV Containment System
Class 6 / Class 8 Truck Platform (Under Development)
This system is designed for the secure transport of compromised or post-fire EVs on heavy-duty commercial chassis. It integrates containment, venting, monitoring, and controlled fluid handling within a single transport platform.

Purpose
To enable safe vehicle movement without exposing operators, the public, or the environment to re-ignition risk or contaminated runoff.

System Highlights
-
Containment module designed for installation on Class 6 or Class 8 chassis
-
Controlled venting architecture for off-gassing and thermal events
-
Integrated temperature monitoring and alerting systems
-
Onboard washdown and controlled drainage management
-
Structural isolation for heat and impact resistance
-
Designed for deployment in low-temperature Canadian environments
-
Architecture supports operational documentation and incident tracking workflows
-
Developed for long-duration exposure management and extended transport scenarios
This system is being developed as a fleet-integrated containment solution rather than an accessory or bolt-on storage system.

Micro-Transport (E-Bike and Scooter)
Containment System (Under Development)
A compact containment system for lithium-ion devices involved in fires, thermal events, or suspected cell failure. Designed for deployment by municipal services, facility managers, and recovery operators requiring safe movement of small-scale energy risks.

Purpose
To provide rapid isolation and transport of compromised devices without requiring heavy equipment or fireground personnel.

System Highlights
-
Single-axle utility chassis for urban operation
-
Dual containment tanks for separation of clean and contaminated water
-
Washdown and fluid management capability
-
Closed containment architecture for transport and storage
-
Designed for confined spaces and urban access
-
Support for monitoring and controlled access during transport
-
Intended for municipal, campus, and fleet operations

This platform is being developed for teams that are currently improvising solutions without purpose-built tooling.
